NOTICE: CHANGES WERE MADE TO SUPER NOW ACCOUNTS EFFECTIVE OCT. 1, 2006

Beginning Oct. 1, 2006, we began paying interest rates on our interest-bearing Super NOW
Accounts (DDA Accounts) based on a balance-tiering basis. The tiers, which continue to be
a daily variable rate, are now set as follows:

Less than $1,000
$1,001 to $5,000
$5,001 to $10,000
$10,001 to $20,000
$20,001 to $50,000
$50,001 to $100,000
Over $100,000
